Trip Profile

The highlight of this tour is Bandhavgarh, a haven for tigers and other wildlife. You will experience the culture, heritage, forts and palaces of Jaipur, Agra and Delhi and of course the Taj Mahal. This will be a very special safari for conservationists, wildlife fans and photographers.
Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Delhi
The tour starts from Delhi where you will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel.

Day 02 Delhi – Jaipur
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. In the afternoon the sights of Jaipur’s City Palace and the Royal Observatory. Evening optional visit to Chowki Dhani an ethnic village, for dinner.

Day 03 Jaipur – Agra
Visit Amber Fort, making your entry on elephant back. You will also be making photo stops at The Hawa Mahal- Palace of Winds and the Lake Palace. Drive to Agra. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri.

Day 04 Agra – Katni
View the Taj Mahal at sunrise and later visit the magnificent Agra Fort. Transfer to railway station to board the overnight train for Katni.

Day 05 Arrival Katni – Bandhavgarh
Early morning arrive at Katni, followed by a short drive to the jungle resort, your home for the next five days. Evening jungle safari inside India’s lesser visited but best inhabited Tiger reserve, Bandhavgarh.

Day 06 To Day 10 - Bandhavgarh
Five days to explore Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve with morning and evening safaris.

Day 11 Bandhavgarh – Katni – Delhi
In the morning your final jungle safari will be followed by a transfer to Katni railway station to board your overnight train for Delhi.

Day 12 Arrival Delhi – Onward Destination
Arrive in Delhi. Transfer to the hotel for breakfast and wash & change. Half day city sights tour of New Delhi. Transfer to international airport for your flight home.
